APSE Application Production Support Engineer Placement Assistance Program

Course Overview

The Application/Production Support Engineer (APSE) Placement Assistance Program by Arbor Academy is designed for candidates who already possess knowledge in application support, basic SQL, monitoring tools, or production-level issue resolution. This is not a training course — it’s a 100% job assistance program aimed at connecting capable candidates with opportunities in production support, application monitoring, L2 support, and incident response roles.

If you’ve worked in ticketing environments, supported live applications, written basic SQL queries, or handled on-call rotations, this program is the bridge between your skills and your next career move.

Description

This placement assistance program is specially crafted for those who have some technical know-how and work experience in application or production support, but face challenges in cracking interviews or accessing the right job opportunities. Arbor Academy’s team works closely with candidates to provide one-on-one mentoring, mock interviews, job referrals, and recruiter connections — all tailored for real-time support roles in top MNCs.

Whether you’re currently in support or recently exited a role and actively job-hunting, we provide the tools, support, and follow-through needed until placement is achieved.
